Recent Events: A General Body Meeting was held on January 27th 2007 at the Bombay Tandoor Restaurant in Fairfax, VA. The meeting was attended by over 21 individuals, including current and new members, and their families. Mr. Bose, the outgoing President, presented the President's and Treasurer's Reports for the past FY 2006. Following the lunch buffet, nominations were invited for for filling 6 vacancies. The first meeting of the new board was held on February 18th 2007. The Board discussed the mission of the organization, efforts to increase membership, improvements to the web site, and the role of the chapter in organizing the National Convention of ASEIO from Augst 28th to September 1st, 2007.
